Our 100% DOMESTIC Production, BIOEX Rapid Fermentation System has been developed and designed by our Founding Engineers with a 3 YEARS R&D study in order to recycle organic wastes where they are generated and bring them into the economy.
With the specially formulated BIOEX Enzyme and the BIOEX Bioreactor, which provides the appropriate temperature for the activation of this enzyme, organic wastes are fermented into organic fertilizer, fermented feed or biomass in IN 1 DAY The fermented product is obtained in high quality, odorless and completely free from pathogens.

How does the system work?
INDUSTRIAL COMPOSTING MACHINE
ORGANIC MIXTURE FROM WASTE
A homogeneous mixture of food, park, garden, pruning, organic-based industry and other wastes loaded into the bioreactor is provided.
ADDITIONAL BIOEX ENZYME
The critical point in the Rapid Fermentation System is the microorganisms. BIOEX Bioreactor prepares the appropriate environment for these microorganisms.
AEROBIC FERMENTATION
The product temperature is increased to 55-65°C with the heat obtained from the hot oil boiler. Thus, the BIOEX Enzyme becomes active and fermentation begins.
100% ORGANIC PRODUCT
On average, after 1 DAY, ready-to-use ORGANIC FERTILIZER • CERTIFIED ORGANIC FERTILIZER • QUALITY FERMENTED ANIMAL FEED is obtained.
